Dispute or correct a listing

One rule governs every dispute: disputes fix wrong data, never the score directly. If a listing shows the wrong phone, address, website, name, or a business that has closed, tell us — we verify the correction against independent sources, fix the record, and the corrected data flows into the next monthly ranking run, which is what changes the grade.
